You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
We use Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on this website to statistically analyse visitor data. Google Analytics uses targeted cookies for this purpose.
Analysis services
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Objection to data collection".
Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising programme of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").
As part of Google AdWords, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an advert placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their advert and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
"Conversion cookies" are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.

Facebook Pixel for the creation of Custom Audiences
The so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), is used within our online offering.
If a user clicks on an advert placed by us that is displayed on Facebook, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook Pixel. If our site allows the sharing of data with Facebook via pixels, this URL parameter is written to the user's browser via a cookie, which our linked site sets itself. This cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data to be forwarded to Facebook. In addition, the hashed and thus encrypted e-mail address of the user is transferred to Facebook after the purchase is completed. With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the display of adverts (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of users and are not annoying. This also allows us to analyse the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (known as "conversion").
The data collected is anonymous to us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to place adverts on and off Facebook.
The data processing associated with the use of Facebook Pixel is carried out on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in the evaluation, optimisation and economic operation of our online offering and our advertising measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The information generated by Facebook is generally transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA. Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Facebook Conversions
Within our online offering, we use so-called "Facebook conversions" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). If explicit consent is given, this allows the behaviour of users to be tracked after they have seen or clicked on an advertisement on Facebook. This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimise advertising measures. The data collected is generally anonymous for futuredoctor. Only the hashed, and therefore encrypted, email address and a browser ID cookie are transferred to Facebook to enable optimised measurement of the advertising campaigns. The data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to place adverts on and off Facebook. The data processing associated with the use of Facebook conversions is carried out expressly on the basis of consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. The information generated by Facebook is usually transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA.
TikTok
We use the so-called "TikTok pixel" from the provider TikTok (for EU: TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, Aviation House, 125 Kingsway Holborn, London, WC2B 6NH) on this website. This is a code that we have implemented on our website. With the help of this code, if you have given your express consent, a connection is established with the TikTok servers when you visit our website in order to track your behaviour on our website. For example, if you purchase a product on our website, the TikTok pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. You have the option to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. There are no costs for this other than the basic rates.
Personal data such as your IP address and your email address, as well as other information such as device ID, device type and operating system may also be transmitted to TikTok. TikTok uses email or other login or device information to identify the users of our website and assign their actions to a TikTok user account.
TikTok uses this data to display targeted and personalised advertising to its users and to create interest-based user profiles. The data collected is anonymous and cannot be viewed by us and is only used by us to measure the effectiveness of adverts.
In principle, your data will be processed within the EU or the EEA. A corresponding data protection agreement has been concluded with TikTok for this purpose. If personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA, this is done within the framework of the Commission's model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e. standard contractual clauses).
You can find TikTok's privacy policy here: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/new-privacy-policy?lang=de-DE
You can manage your personal settings for personalised retargeting / remarketing / referral advertising at the bottom of the website or directly here on Cookies Settings click.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the website analysis function LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2 Ireland; "LinkedIn"). The LinkedIn Insight tag enables the collection of data from your visit to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics (user agent) and timestamp. The IP addresses are truncated or hashed. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but uses the data collected on our website for reports (in which you are not identified) about website visitors and ad performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for website visitors on LinkedIn so that we can use this data to display targeted adverts outside our website without identifying you. LinkedIn also uses data that does not identify you to improve the relevance of adverts and reach members across devices. If you do not want this, you can opt out of retargeting here object to this. Further information on data protection in connection with LinkedIn can be found here. The use of the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the associated tracking is based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future as described in point 2.
Microsoft Bing Ads
We use conversion tracking from Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA on our website. We only learn the total number of users who clicked on a Bing advert and were then forwarded to the conversion page. No personal information about the identity of the user is disclosed.
If you do not want information about your behaviour to be used by Microsoft as explained above, you can reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, by using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. If you reach our website via such an advert, a cookie is placed on your computer. A Bing UET tag is integrated on our website. This is a code that is used in conjunction with the cookie to store some non-personal data about the use of the website. This includes, among other things, the time spent on the website, which areas of the website were accessed and which ad the user used to access the website. Information about your identity is not recorded.
The information collected is transferred to Microsoft servers in the USA and stored there for a maximum of 180 days.
