For many prospective medical students who don't want to waste any time, this means leaving their home country and studying medicine abroad. For some, studying abroad is already a long-awaited dream, but for others it is still a huge obstacle. Understandably so.

Studying abroad is a life-changing experience for students. However, the benefits are considerable. From expanding your global network to getting to know a new culture, studying medicine abroad will not only boost your social and personal skills, but also your CV.

1. Research, research, research!

2. Choose a university for your medical studies

With so many wonderful universities and breathtaking cities and landscapes, it can be a big challenge to decide. After all, your next 5-6 years depend on it. Nevertheless, you can only be in one place at a time, so it's important to let us know in advance which country your chosen universities are in. We advise you to choose at least three universities for your medical studies abroad. This will increase your chances of getting a place. Admission to some universities to study medicine is based on an entrance test.
