Since 1993, PUMS has been the first Polish university to offer a full medical degree programme in English. More than 2500 international graduates have started their careers worldwide in various medical and scientific fields. Thanks to significant EU funding, the university has completed important infrastructure projects, including a library and congress centre, the Medical Biology Centre, a new student residence and the modernisation of teaching buildings.
